Paradigm Housing Group is one of the Southeast’s leading housing providers, managing over 16,000 homes across more than 30 local authorities with a turnover of circa £145m. Headquartered near High Wycombe and Beaconsfield, we are both a charity and a registered provider of social housing, employing over 600 people.  We have a clear and ambitious view of where we are as an organisation and where we need to get to: providing an excellent service for our customers and focusing on safety and sustainability.

This is a very exciting time to be joining Paradigm. Our objective is that Paradigm should be an exemplar organisation in our sector, and we have ambitious plans for growth. Our 5-year Corporate Plan sets out a clear vision for the organisation, including commitments to provide excellent services and support for our most vulnerable customers, as well as investment to reduce the carbon emissions of our homes to net zero by 2050 and address fuel poverty.  To help us achieve these objectives, we have embarked on an organisation-wide transformation programme with investments in new core IT and digital solutions.

We are looking for an Assistant Director of Customers & Neighbourhoods to join Paradigm at a time when you can have a real and personal impact on determining our future direction. This is a key role in ensuring we deliver our customer strategy aims. We aim to do the basics brilliantly through improvements in how we work and digitising services through our business transformation programme and new IT systems, whilst always listening to and acting on customer needs.
