Paradigm Housing Group is one of the leading providers of affordable housing in the South East, managing over 16,000 homes for more than 37,000 people and employing 570 staff.
The majority of our homes are at a lower rent to people who cannot afford a full market rent. We also provide shared ownership properties, homes at market rent and accommodation for those requiring additional support as well as units for outright sale on the private market.

Paradigm Housing Group Limited, a Community Benefit Society (Registered number 28844R), is the parent entity of the Paradigm Group. Paradigm Housing Group Limited and its subsidiary Paradigm Homes Charitable Housing Association Limited are providers of social housing registered with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).
