Paradigm is one of the South East’s leading housing providers, managing around 14,000 homes across 33 local authorities. With our Head Office in High Wycombe, we are both a charity and Registered Provider of social housing, employing over 450 people.
In 2015/16 we had a turnover of £115million and made a surplus of £21million. More recently, 2016/17 has seen a turnover of £136.7million and made a surplus of £33.8million.
At its core, the group has been involved in social housing since 1988 as Chiltern Hundreds Housing Association, which was the first large-scale stock transfer to take place in the country and was absorbed into Paradigm Homes Charitable Housing Association. The Group also includes Paradigm Commercial plc, Paradigm Maintenance Limited and Paradigm Development Services Limited.
Paradigm exists to help people who are not getting a reasonable deal in the housing market. We are a charity, so we re-invest every pound we make into building new homes. As such our core purpose is to make the very best use of our resources so we can provide more new affordable homes and a fair deal for existing residents.
